After recording the Plastic Rings EP and Heading to the Coast, the Caps underwent a lineup change. The current lineup of Chris Worth, Andrew Grimaldo, James Hall and Peter David began work on "Have A Blast" in January of 2011. The songs on the new album celebrate a more concise minimalist approach than their more orchestrated recordings of the past. The simplicity captures the band at its best.
